Special Offers: Make the most of your Avon experience by checking out the special offers each campaign. You can find offers under the Special Offers tab at Avon.com, or in the Avon Go app. Also, browse through the online store for flash deals and products that are not found in our book/brochure. For example; the LG Wash pop ultrasonic facial cleansing brush has been $71.99, that’s $100 off Avon’s typical price. The LG Tone FREE earbuds are currently $104.99, I paid $139.99 for mine. Plus you get your rep discount on top of that. The Creme Shop beauty products are also not found in the brochure nor are the Arctic Fox hair colors. I personally like The Creme Shop’s Charcoal Infused exfoliating Sponge, item 021-896.

Avon Convention: 11-13 August: Avon Convention is a great way to learn about new products, receive training and learn about where Avon is going as a company. A $30 registration fee will get you virtual access to all of the live training and speaker events plus you will have access to video recordings, typically for 30-days, in case you cannot watch live or want to catch a replay/watch again. A $50 registration fee will get you $200+ in Avon products, including new this fall items and everything you’d get with the $30 price. There is still time to register for virtual access by going to Avonconvention.com. Those who are registered will also have access to ordering special convention product bundles.

Let’s Talk… Facebook group: In June, we launched a new Facebook community called LetsTalkMuchMoreThanLipstick. This is a no pressure, friendly environment for you and your customers to learn more about what Avon has to offer. There will be how-to tips, product reviews, new product intros, occasional contests and other info in a no pressure environment. For any purchase opportunities, the guests will be encouraged to purchase through the rep that invited them to the group. Training

• New Representative Welcome Training will be offered LIVE on Wednesday’s 23 Aug (there will not be any offering on 9 Aug due to convention) at 12 pm ET. Training and replays can be found at avon.com/a-list. 
• The A-List: Learn the latest about upcoming campaigns including new or featured products and special offers. Hosted LIVE Wednesday’s (opposite of new rep training) 2 Aug and likely 16 Aug (but, it’s not on the calendar yet) at 12 pm ET. Training and replays can be found at avon.com/a-list
• AvonU has a vast variety of training for new reps and seasoned ones as well. New reps can check out the New Representatives Hub where there are many trainings geared towards helping a new rep get started and some refreshers for others.
