Hello ,


It’s March and Spring will soon be here. Kimberly and I will be welcoming Spring with open arms as our heat pump hasn’t worked since 18 Feb and the replacement part should be here on 13 March. As such, we’ve been relying on the far more expensive auxiliary emergency heat and have set the thermostat to 63 degrees to try and save money.


Previously, we mentioned our plans for a romantic weekend getaway to Cuyahoga Falls. We checked-in to our hotel, we were upgraded to a bi-level penthouse suite, and an hour later while walking to dinner, I tripped and broke my arm; a complex dislocation of my right (dominant) elbow with a small fracture. We did our best to enjoy the weekend, walking around town instead of hiking trails to see waterfalls. We returned home to the house being 59 degrees, saw the surgeon about my arm and canceled our trip to California to see our son. It was his birthday and he’d just gotten engaged, but dealing with my arm was just too much to fly.


The good news is no surgery, so far, and three weeks later I have regained about 80% use of my right arm and it’s improving daily. 


Similar to working our Avon, when things have been rough, you get dealt a hard blow, or materials are in short supply, we need to overcome and adapt to the new situation until things get better. LOL - I just asked Alexia what the office/basement temperature was - 60.1°F

Recognition

Kimberly and all of you, Team MuchMoreThanLipstick, continue to be one of the Top 100 Avon Teams in the NATION for new representative growth and team sales increase – Way To Go!


Team member Sandra McMoore, an absolutely amazing woman and friend, continues to make the Ohio Top Ten and the NATIONAL Top 100 list for Personal Sales Volume. She has also achieved over $10,000 in award sales so far in 2024 and retitled as Presidents Club for the next year. If you don’t know Sandra, you need to and if she is your direct Avon mentor, you are in great hands.


Cheryl Boyer, team Sandra, earned the leadership title Promoter for starting a team of her own.


Cyndi Aszklar has already achieved over $1000 in award sales and is on her way to retitling as Premier.


Avon's 2023 Regional Awards ceremony is today, Friday, March 8th, at 3pm ET. It's an exciting opportunity to witness and celebrate the achievements of our peers.

NEW Incentives

AVON NEXT - Now through C11 (4 Jun) - Earn free shipping on your next order if you place a qualifying order of $100 for Contenders (this is about 80% of all Avon reps) or $200 for Premier lever (about 10% of Avon reps). PRP reps, the other ~10% cannot participate in this incentive.


The Consistency Counts (through 26 Mar) and Destination Avon (through 13 Aug) incentives are still in play. Destination Avon also added a new way to earn. Increase your award sales over last year by $6000 and earn the cruise only, you provide your own transportation. Shop & Learn

Remember to watch and share your personal link to Avon’s Shop & Learn events where you can see product demos and learn beauty tips. As a representative, you too and receive the free products if you place a qualifying order and use the coupon code during the promotions. We will often place a second campaign order during the Shop & Learn events if we have enough new customer orders come in after we place our regular order. 


Birthdays and Avonniversaries

Be sure to watch your email during your birthday or avonniversary month. Avon has been celebrating you by sending out coupon codes for money off and free shipping.
