We have some exciting news for our November newsletter:

• We started the month off with a trip to California to meet Olivia Grace, our second granddaughter/grandchild. While there we got to celebrate her 1-month birthday.
• C24 starts 19 Nov, and with that so does our Team Hello Kitty Hustle challenge. We’ll be giving away Hello Kitty travel bags to Team members that complete the challenge.
• 21-22 Nov, our 3rd Annual Let’s Talk: MuchMoreThanLipstick virtual Holiday Party and Giveaway Event. Join the Facebook event yourself, invite friends and customers, participate and win prizes, including Avon products.

🏡 Personal Note from Gregory & Kimberly

Kimberly and I were on pins and needles rolling from September into October. Our granddaughter Olivia was due late September, and we were holding dates to make a quick trip to California to meet her, but that didn’t happen. Olivia arrived 9 October as we were setting up for one of our biggest selling weekends of the year. While we didn’t get the opportunity for the quick weekend trip to welcome her, we’d already booked tickets for November and just got back Monday. Meanwhile, our vendor events in October were a big success, setting new personal records for October event sales.

This weekend, Kimberly and I are celebrating our 34th wedding anniversary with a trip to one of our favorite places to visit, Petosky, MI. Next month we’ll be celebrating 35 years since we met.

🌟 Title Requalifications & Top Performers

👏 Kimberly and Sandra McMoore continue to be ranked among Avon’s Top 100 Ambassadors nationwide for 2025 — and Top 5 in Ohio! 🎉

• For the Costa Rica trip, Sandra and Kimberly finished numbers 74 and 75 in their respective sales tiers. Only the top 25 ambassadors in their tiers earned a trip for two.

🌺 Cyndi A. – Metairie, LA - just earned the sales title 10-Star Ambassador (10k+ in award sales) with her C23 order. This is an amazing achievement. — Way to go Cyndi!

✨ Linda L. – Indianapolis, IN - has earned the sales title 5-Star Ambassador again this year (5k+ in award sales) with her C21 order.— great work, Linda!

👏 Several others have already reached $1K, $2K, $3K, $4K and even $9K in sales so far. With three more full campaigns to go, we’re looking forward to celebrating more. Every milestone matters — your progress adds up!

Congratulations to new Team member Melanie B. – Price, UT who joined Avon in C18.

In just four full campaigns plus partial, Melinda has:

• Surpassed $1600 in sales
• Earned five free product bundles from Avon in the Power Up Your 1st Four incentive
• Earned a free product from us for first order over $100
• And is tracking toward the Consistency Incentive bundle already achieving three of the six needed qualifying campaign orders of $250+

📈 Team Momentum

Team MuchMoreThanLipstick (That’s all of you!) ranked #85 company-wide for C20 sales and was less than $400 short of making the top 100 list for C21. 

With four campaigns left this year, we’re eager to see how far our Team can climb by year’s end. Keep sharing, connecting, and shining — this holiday season is yours to own!

🎁 Incentives

Several new (and extended) sales incentives are in play right now!

💪 Consistency Challenge – Campaigns 20–26 (now through December 30)

All Ambassadors (up to 5-Star):

• Achieve $250+ in total sales for FIVE of the six remaining campaigns and earn a $175+ Avon product bundle.

10-Star and above:

• Achieve $500+ in total sales for FIVE of the six campaigns and earn a $300+ Avon product bundle.

👏 Several Team members already earned product bundles during the C14–C19 Consistency Challenge! SIX are on track to achieve the product bundles this round.

🚀 Power Up Your 1st Four – Through Campaign 26

For new Ambassadors only:

• Reach $100+ in award sales in any of your first six full campaigns and earn an Avon product bundle with your next order.
• There are four bundles to earn — complete all four to receive a fifth bonus bundle valued over $300 total!

🐱 Hello Kitty Hustle Challenge - TEAM INCENTIVE

All Team members - be one of the first 23 Team members to have $40 or more in total award sales during C24 (19 Nov - 2 Dec) and receive a The Creme Shop x Hello Kitty Perfect Pink Travel Case from us. Additionally, there will be a product bundle drawing -- over $250 book value. Anyone with $40+ in award sales at the close of C24 will earn an entry, PLUS earn more entries for each additional $100 in sales, up to a maximum of FIVE total entries. Remember - any product returns may affect your sales total.

Social Media Challenge (Now Finished):

• During October, Kimberly met virtually with Team members, who were presented a set of questions. Kimberly used the answers in conjunction with a special AI tool to help generate social media post topics. The Team members were then given three phases of tasks and were presented prizes based upon each phase completed. Several initiated the challenge, however, Linda L. from Indianapolis IN completed all three phases. Melanie B. from Price UT completed two of the phases. Way to go, ladies!
