Hi , WOW. It’s July and the year is half over. It’s been an amazing year so far and we’re looking forward to many more blessings over the next six months as our team family continues to grow. 

Last week we launched our new Team Facebook community, LetsTalkMuchMoreThanLipstick. We had ~60 people join us for the launch party and we gave away over 13 prizes. This community will be a place for you; where you can invite your friends, and YOUR CUSTOMERS to join. There will be how-to tips, product reviews, new product intros, occasional contests and other info in a no pressure environment. For any purchase opportunities, the guests will be encouraged to purchase through the rep that invited them to the group. Check out the group for yourself and invite your friends to join, too!

Avon Convention

Avon convention will be here in just 38 days and there’s still time to register for either in-person (Gaylord National Harbor, MD) or virtual access. There are two price options; $50 includes a $200+ swag bag (while supplies last) and $30 with no swag bag. Training

• New Representative Welcome Training will be offered LIVE on Wednesday’s 12 & 26 July at 12 pm ET. Training and replays can be found at avon.com/a-list. 
• The A-List: Learn the latest about upcoming campaigns including new or featured products and special offers. Hosted LIVE Wednesday’s (opposite of new rep training) 5 Jul and likely 19 Jul (but, it’s not on the calendar yet) at 12 pm ET. Training and replays can be found at avon.com/a-list
• AvonU has a vast variety of training for new reps and seasoned ones as well. New reps can check out the New Representatives Hub where there are many trainings geared towards helping a new rep get started and some refreshers for others.
