August is almost over and it is an exciting time of year. Kids are going back to school and fall will be arriving soon. Many families are taking last minute summer vacations and thousands of Avon ambassadors will be attending the annual Avon Connect (Convention) in Orlando, FL this week. If you are not attending the convention live, there is still time to register to watch select sessions via ZOOM. Links are below.

Again this year, Kimberly and I will be posting convention and product expo updates, photos, and videos to the Team Facebook groups. Please post any comments or questions that you may have on the Facebook groups and we will answer them there as well for everyone's benefit. If you have not already joined the groups, links are at the bottom of this email.

Remember, Avon’s 4th quarter for sales will be starting soon. 80% of Avon sales for the year will be taking place over the next few months. If you would like to strategize as to how you can improve your sales during this time of year, please reach out to your personal mentor. Also, who do you know that would like to save money on their personal Avon purchases, or who would like to earn some extra funds this holiday season? Maybe you would like to start your own Avon Team or you could refer them to your personal Avon mentor.

As for Kimberly and myself, August has been an interesting month. We have really been enjoying our kitchen renovations that were completed at the end of July and have really enjoyed the few extra days that we’ve had with our granddaughters Emmy and Addy. Now two months old, Emmy is really taking on her own looks and personality. Addy has matured so much. She loves her little sister and her toddler babbles are so much fun to hear, whether we understand them or not. We’ll begin watching the girls weekly again in about 3 weeks. We arrived in Orlando, for convention, a few days early. What started off as adding a couple extra days to relax and enjoy ourselves turned into a scramble to rearrange life. Upon landing, we received a call from our son. Plans opened up on their end and he was hoping we could route ourselves to see them (in CA) after convention prior to going home - like it’s “on the way” home (OH). Lol It took some effort, but we are excited all details are in place and we’re now getting to see them after the convention. We’re hoping to see our 10-month granddaughter taking her 1st steps while we’re there. She’s so close! She’d started using a walker during their surprise visit to Dayton late July.

• Sandra McMoore - Dayton, OH - is currently #2 in Ohio and #37 in the Nation for personal sales volume (PSV)

• Kimberly Elam - Dayton, OH - reached sales title, Elite Ambassador by surpassing $25K in sales so far this year and is currently #3 in Ohio and #71 in the Nation for PSV

• Carrie Rowan - Troy OH - surpassed $7k PSV

• Cyndi Askler - Metairie LA - surpassed $5k PSV

• Carolyn Harper - Monon IN - surpassed $3k PSV

• Linda Layman - Indianapolis IN - surpassed $3k PSV

• Theresa Pelaez - Vandalia OH - surpassed $1k PSV

• Others have also reached milestones so far for the year, but not during this reporting period.

• During C16, the Team was recognized for being number 74 in the nation for Team Sales Volume. This was the second time this year to actually make the Top 100 Teams list.

• So far, for 2026, the Team has averaged being within the Top 100 Teams by less than $300 in sales per campaign
