We are Kimberly and Gregory (Greg) Elam, Sandra’s new Avon mentors and by extension you are a part of our Avon Team Family also. We have known and loved Sandra for many years and we are so excited to be able to work with her and you. Bottom Line: Sandra is still your immediate mentor. However, you now have access to us and our resources, through Sandra.

Below, you’ll see a brief intro about us, an invitation to join 2 team related FB groups along with an invitation to this Tuesday’s online celebration, along with important team updates as we move toward holiday sales.

Brief intro:

Kimberly and I are celebrating 32 years married and 12 years with Avon this year. Kimberly has a background in ministry and education. She enjoyed home educating our children (Jason and Bethany) through high school. In Oct 2011, as the kids' graduations grew near, Kimberly considered options for her next venture. Preference was to have the ability to remain at home, being available for family needs, while pursuing the mission of earning while helping others. Avon was (and still is!) the answer! Kimberly has been a President’s Recognition Program member and a leader/mentor since 2012, has received numerous honors and recognitions, including “Spirit of Avon'', as well as Regional and National Pinnacle Awards for personal sales and team growth.

I served the Department of Air Force as a civilian engineer for nearly 32 years. At home, what began with me carrying Avon boxes and labeling books slowly progressed to more involvement as the business grew. In 2017, we began to see the potential that I could retire early, allowing us to build our Avon business together. This became our reality in Dec 2020. Now we’re on a shared mission; to serve those on our team as a resource, whether they’re here to save for their own household or build an income, plus to impact countless others as we grow our Avon Team Family and business.

What to expect from us. 

We send out a monthly Team newsletter, by email, to ALL Team members. We also send occasional special announcements, etc.

We offer a private Avon Team Facebook group for ALL of our Team Family

• You are encouraged to join - Avon: Team MuchMoreThanLipstick. (facebook.com/groups/avonteammuchmorethanlipstick) This is a place where you can post questions, success stories, find information, and connect with others on our national team. You can also find some useful resources under the Guides tab. 
• This is also our primary means of regular communication with our Team Family.

We offer a private Facebook community for both you and your customers called LetsTalkMuchMoreThanLipstick. (facebook.com/groups/letstalkmuchmorethanlipstick) 

• This is a done-for-you system, to help YOU with online earnings. Your guests will see tips, product info, and special offers in a no pressure environment. 
• Customers are always encouraged to purchase through the rep that invited them to the group. 
• If you would like to join this group, just answer that Sandra McMoore invited you. If your customers join, have them use your name for the invite question.

We invite you to join us for our online Welcome Celebration and 4th Quarter Kickoff party on Tuesday, 5 Sep at 8:30-9:00 pm ET. 

• This will be an opportunity to say hi, hear about some 4th Qtr team happenings, and we will have some giveaway drawings too.
