Hi , Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

December arrived fast this year. We rolled right off of a 11-day visit with our son in California in November, attended three full days of virtual business training the following weekend, had two big multi-day vendor event weekends in a row plus Thanksgiving, and hopped a plane to Florida for more business training, getting back Friday night. It’s been busy, fun, exciting and rewarding.

Last month we announced our first grandchild is due in May. This month we get to announce that SHE is due in May! That’s right, our daughter, Bethany, is having a girl! Bethany just started her new job as a family Nurse Practitioner in October. The office is just 10-minutes away, so to help, we are preparing to keep our granddaughter a couple days a week. Kimberly has taken advantage of a few Black Friday deals and we are setting up a nursery of our own. 

In other exciting news, at the close of C24, Team member Sandra McMoore and Kimberly once again made Avon’s National Top 100 representatives list for personal sales volume. These statistics will not be reported by Avon for C25 or C26. We will have to wait until the Pinnacle Awards are announced on 15 February to see if these two amazing ladies finished the year in the National Top 100 for 2023.  And, our Team Family continues to grow, with 36 new reps in November.

Birthdays and Anniversaries

17 active Team members will celebrate their birthdays in December and 11 are celebrating their Avon Anniversaries with Shirley R in Ohio (Team Sandra McMoore) being the most years at 11.

Destination Avon - Sail Away Cruise

Details for the cruise were announced on 1 Dec. The cruise dates are 4-7 October and the destination is CocoCay and Bimini, Bahamas. Qualification requirements have been modified slightly. Reps now need an increase in sales of $8k or $14K over C25 2022-C18 2023 instead of C23 2022-C18 2023. REMEMBER - this trip can be earned by all representatives. New reps need $8k or $14k in sales total during C21 2023 - C16 2024 to earn. See YOUR individual qualification requirements and tracker in the Incentives Hub at Avon.com. Special Sail Away training and sales tips will be offered on 12 December. You can also schedule an appointment with Kimberly, or your mentor to discuss strategy.

PUMPS SOLD SEPARATELY

In C1, pumps for the bonus size Skin So Soft and Moisture therapy lotions, the Skin So Soft spray, and the Bug Guard sprays will be sold separately from the products. Be sure to check if your customers need a pump, to order the pump if needed, and to charge your customer for the pump in addition to the product. Also, let them know to keep their pumps. At this time, the C1 book does not show that the SSS bonus size shower gel pumps as a separate purchase. (See images)

Discontinued List to Return

In addition to the current Inventory Alerts, the Discontinued products list is expected to return in C1. Avon.com, Manage Business, Manage Orders, Inventory Alerts.
