Hi ,

February has swept in with a flurry of activities, and Kimberly and I have been right in the heart of it all. As the month kicked off, I found myself engrossed in a two-day men's leadership retreat in Ft Myers, while Kimberly took some well-deserved time in Naples, FL to focus on her personal and business growth. It was a refreshing break, made even better by a brief encounter with one of our business coaching mentors, Ray Higdon – someone we often mention in our Avon communications.

During our time in SW Florida, we had the pleasure of reconnecting with dear friends from Avon, Millie and Carlos Garcia. It's always uplifting to spend time with people who share our passions and ambitions.

Upon our return, we dove headfirst into a whirlwind of planned and unplanned activities. From attending two baby showers for our daughter, to accompanying my mother to the hospital ER and various doctor appointments, to a popup visit from our son all the way from California who was in town for business – life has been anything but dull.

We also plan to steal away time for a weekend near Cuyahoga Valley National Park, immersing ourselves in nature's embrace. And looking ahead, a planned week with our son in California promises more cherished moments together.

As the post-holiday slump dissipates, our Avon business is beginning to regain its momentum, adding an extra layer of excitement to this bustling time of year.

February is proving to be a joyous whirlwind of experiences, challenges, and opportunities. As we navigate through it all, Kimberly and I are reminded of the richness that life has to offer, especially when we embrace every twist and turn along the way.

Incentives - CONSISTENCY COUNTS

The Consistency Counts incentive kicked off last week with Campaign 03, and we've been proactive in spreading the word through our team emails and social posts. Here's a quick recap for those who might have missed it:

To qualify for the Consistency Counts incentive, you need to maintain a minimum order size for each of the four campaigns, from C03 to C06. By meeting this requirement, you'll unlock an exclusive Avon product bundle that will be included with either your C07 or C08 order.

For most members of our team, the minimum order size is $100, which can be achieved through a combination of personal purchases and customer orders, both online and in-person.

Remember, the deadline to submit your C03 order and reach the $100+ in award sales is TONIGHT. Make sure to check out the Incentives Hub for more detailed information and guidelines on how to participate.

While they won't be receiving a Pinnacle Award this year, their presence on the Top 100 list underscores their outstanding performance and commitment to excellence. The Success Builders workshop, offered by invitation only, underscores our commitment to providing tailored and impactful training opportunities for our team members.
