Happy June, and a heartfelt Happy Father’s Day to those celebrating. For those who are not, our hearts are with you.

As shared last month, Mother's Day was difficult — the first without my mother and the eighth without Kimberly’s. Father’s Day will be bittersweet as well; it’s been over 30 years since I lost my father and over 40 for Kimberly. Still, we are celebrating a new chapter: our son Jason’s first Father’s Day — he and Kari are expecting their first child, Olivia, in late September.

🎉 A Special Celebration: Gladys Turns 100! 🎉

Kimberly’s grandmother, Gladys, will celebrate her 100th birthday on June 19th! She’s as lively and goal-driven as ever. Last year, she made it to see her first great-great-grandchild, Addy. Then it was living into 2025 so her tombstone could proudly read “1925–2025.” Now her latest goal? Facetiming to CA, to see baby Olivia once she’s born late September.

Gladys, a former Avon rep until age 98, still “sub-sells” from her care facility — using her bingo winnings and Avon earnings for snacks and haircuts. Nurses, aides, friends, and even visitors of other residents know to drop by to pick up a brochure!

Help us celebrate her centennial!

Last year, she received over 120 cards, and we'd love to surpass that this year.

🏆 Team Highlights – Recognition

Kimberly Elam and Sandra McMoore continue to hold positions on Avon’s Top 100 Ambassadors list for Personal Sales Volume both nationally and at the State level. During this past month, Kimberly achieved the Avon sales title of Elite Ambassador for 2025, Sandra achieved the sales title Diamond Ambassador, and Carrie Rowan of Troy OH achieved 5-Star Ambassador. 

Additionally, the Team, as a whole, continues to hit the Top 100 list. This past month includes Team Sales Increase, New Ambassador Growth, and campaign sales.

💰 New Commission / Earnings Plan – Reminder

As of Campaign 01, 2025, Avon’s new plan rewards Ambassadors based on current campaign sales, not just accumulated sales for the year.

Watch for Hot Points — these thresholds can unlock higher commissions without spending more:

Example:

• $105 in award sales = 20% earnings = $84 cost
• Add $15 (total $120) → jump to 30% earnings → still $84 cost!
• $300 in award sales = 30% earnings = $210 cost
• Add $50 (total $350) → jump to 40% earnings → still $210 cost!

🏁 Earnings begin at just $40 in award sales per campaign.
