Hello ,

May is here and we’ve already seen temperatures in the upper 80s. Kimberly and I are so glad that our HVAC was finally fixed after waiting nearly 8 weeks to get the much needed part. At first we were glad to have the heat, but we’re now grateful for the AC. In other family news our daughter Bethany is due with our first grandchild next week, but to be honest, Kimberly and I are hoping little Addy will be here by Thursday morning as our son Jason is in town and will be heading back to California Thursday afternoon. Thankfully, he also plans to be back at the end of the month.

In other exciting news, Avon has been introducing new products including the much anticipated Beyond Glow (https://www.avon.com/brand/beyond-glow) product line which launched today. Avon had a pretty fantastic deal on Beyond Glow in the C10 What’s New which we took advantage of. Kimberly and I have been using the Beyond Glow products since and are really loving them. We also learned there will be additional Beyond Glow facial cleansers coming in C13 (19 Jun). This will be just in time, as my current facial cleanser is running low and we can order the new Beyond Glow cleansers from the C13 What’s New in two weeks (C11). I’ll be trying all three new cleansers. Other new products include Organist Botanical Castile Soap in C11; Organist Apple Cider Vinegar Exfoliating Body Scrub, Body Wash, Clarifying Shampoo, Conditioner, Scalp Tonic, and Water Treatment in C12; and Organist Rosemary & Mint Strengthening Shampoo and Conditioner, Scalp Tonic, Hair Oil, and Body Wash in C13. And don’t forget The Creme Shop (https://www.avon.com/brand/the-creme-shop) items were added to the online eStore a few weeks ago, but they will not be in the books.

Avon also announced they are expecting the return of 20+ waitlisted items by C13 (2 Jul) and 40+ items are coming back in Q3 (C14-C19 – 3 Jul - 24 Sep)

Avon Convention (Avon Connect)

Convention will be in Boston, MA this year, 21-23 August. Room blocks went quickly, but there are other hotel options within the region if you’d like to attend in-person and didn’t get a room from the block. There will also be limited virtual viewing options for free this year! We hope you can join us; live in Boston this year, however, if you cannot attend in-person hopefully, you’ll be able to watch virtually from home.

Team Recognition for April

Kimberly Elam and Sandra McMoore continue to remain on Avon’s National Top 100 list. Their hard work and dedication continue to pay off every year. In April, Kimberly achieved President’s Club and Sandra achieved Honor Society for 2024, both are on track to achieve Rose Circle again or higher by the end of this year.

Carrie R - Troy OH and Julia F - Springfield OH (Team Sandra) both achieved over $1000 in award sales for 2024 and Cyndi A - Metairie LA - surpassed $2000.
