As 2025 comes to a close, Kimberly and I are reminded that—even amid trials and moments of sorrow—there is so much to celebrate and be grateful for along this journey.

Our Team received national recognition from Avon on several occasions this year, earning a spot on the Top 100 Teams list for Team Sales in multiple campaigns, including an impressive No. 69 ranking during C23. At the close of C25, the Team was about $13,000 in award sales short of placing in the Top 100 Teams for the year overall. In addition, more than 250 new Ambassadors joined our Team in 2025. Overall, the team has members in 45 states—an incredible accomplishment.

Kimberly and Sandra McMoore also continue to be recognized among Avon’s Top 100 Ambassadors for Personal Sales Volume (PSV). At the close of C24, they ranked No. 75 and No. 20 in North America, respectively.

Several Team members reached remarkable milestones this year:

• Cyndi in Louisiana and Carrie in Ohio both achieved the 10-Star Ambassador sales level.

• Linda in Indiana achieved 5-Star Ambassador, while Carolyn in Indiana is knocking at the door of 5-Star.

• Many others reached personal milestones of $1,000, $2,000, $3,000, and even $4,000 in PSV.

• Melanie in Utah and Shelly in Ohio (Team Sandra McMoore)—both NEW Ambassadors—each achieved over $1,000 in PSV within their first three full campaigns and continue to grow.

All prizes for our C24 Team Challenge and the Let’s Talk: MuchMoreThanLipstick Facebook virtual Holiday event have been shipped. Thank you to everyone who participated and helped make those events a success.

On a personal note, Kimberly and I welcomed our second grandchild, Olivia Grace, in October, and recently learned that our third grandchild is expected in June. We currently refer to baby No. 3 as “Itsy-Bitsy,” and may even learn the gender this week. We also continue to care for our first grandchild, Adelyn—now 19 months old—about 40 hours a week, and we cherish every moment with her.

Greg wrapped up his mother’s estate earlier this year, though there are still a few boxes left to sort through. Sadly, we also said goodbye to Kimberly’s grandmother, Gladys—known to many as Granny. Granny had a special request for Thanksgiving this year: steak. Although she wasn’t feeling up to dining at our home, we brought Thanksgiving to her and her friends at her care facility the Sunday before, with smoked tri-tip sirloin, cheesy potatoes, corn custard, and other non-traditional trimmings. They savored their meal while watching Addy play nearby. Our family shared desserts afterwards. By Thanksgiving Day, Gladys took to her bed and passed peacefully the following Tuesday morning.

Gladys was an Avon Representative in her early years and returned to Avon in her late 80s, staying active until age 98. Even at 100, she continued taking Avon orders from friends, friends family, and facility staff—orders Kimberly fulfilled—remaining sharp and engaged until her final week. Avon was truly part of her story.

We recognize that not everyone on our Team celebrates Christmas. For those who do, we wish you the blessings of Christ’s birth and the redemption it offers. For those who do not, we wish you joy and peace. For all, we look forward to the new year and everything it holds.
