July is here and the year is half over. We are now also in Avon’s 3rd selling quarter with the 4th quarter holiday season, Avon’s biggest selling time of the year, just around the corner (C20 - 25 Sep). We are looking forward to the Avon convention in Boston next month (21-23 Aug) and seeing the amazing Christmas/Holiday items to be introduced at the Avon Product Expo. It’s not too late to register (https://www.avon.com/representative/avon-connect) for live, in-person, attendance in Boston. Deadline to register is 15 July. If you cannot attend in-person, there will be limited virtual access via Zoom announced soon. Kimberly and I will be posting convention news, product photos/videos, and other info on the Team Facebook group during the event. Also, we are driving to convention and will post our tentative route in the Team group soon. If you live somewhere along the route between Dayton, OH and Boston, MA and would like, we’d love to make a quick stop and get to meet you in person. 

Thank you to everyone that sent Kimberly’s grandmother a birthday card for her 99th birthday last month. Gladys received well over 120 cards and read every one multiple times.

Team members have earned free shipping over 81 times during this incentive. Remember, you must use the coupon code emailed to you by Avon to receive the free shipping.

Fast Track to Success - Reps who joined Avon before 2 July - Have $500+ in combined award sales during your first five campaigns (ten weeks) with Avon and earn a one-time $50 bonus (that’s like an extra 10% earnings). 

Amplify Your Order (C12 through C17 [27 Aug]) - ALL REPS - Earn an exclusive FREE product bundle when you place a qualifying campaign order of $200+ in 5 out of the 6 campaigns C12-C17. You are allowed one grace campaign to miss a qualified order and still earn reward. See the Incentives Hub for details. While many have placed qualifying orders, seven Team members are currently in the running to earn this incentive.

Team Recognition for C12 & C13

At the close of C13 (2 July) Sandra McMoore crossed $33,000 in award sales so far in 2024 and is well on her way to requalify for Rose Circle. Kimberly Elam crossed more than $20,000 and requalified for Honor Society. Both ladies are from Dayton OH both have been tracking in Avon’s Top 100 representatives list so far this year; currently numbers 27 and 99 respectively . Additionally, Cyndi A from Metairie LA crossed the $3000 mark and Mary C from Clarksville TN crossed $1000.Way to go, all!
