Hey teacher friend,

One minute it’s early March…

The next minute students are asking if we’re “doing anything special for 3/14” 😅

If you want something simple, focused, and actually math-based (not just pie jokes and chaos), I’ve got you.

I made a free Color by Code activity to review area and circumference of circles.

It’s ready to print, no prep, and includes 10 targeted problems so students actually practice:

• Finding circumference given the radius

• Finding area given the radius

• Working with circle formulas confidently

It works great as:

✔ A quick Pi Day warm-up

✔ Small group practice

✔ Independent review

✔ An easy sub-friendly option

You can grab it here:

If you’re planning something bigger for Pi Day — more immersive, more “event” style — I also have a digital escape room where Pi has lost its digits and students have to solve circle problems to recover them.

It includes 20 problems (area, circumference, and finding radius from both), five themed locations, built-in jokes and fun facts… and the best part?

No locks to set. No logins required. Just share the link and go.

You can check that out here if you’re curious:
