FIRST fill the glass with water
Then...
A. Cold brew coffee:
- twist on the filter, add the ground coffee on top,
- secure the lid and tip upside down, place in fridge overnight
- in the morning dispose of the grounds, replace the lid and filter
B. Cold brew tea:
- add tea leaves to the water directly OR place on top of filter
- twist on lid and filter and place in fridge overnight
- if leaves on filter turn upside down, if leaves in water just add lid and filter
- in the morning either remove leaves from on top of filter or leave in the water - cold water produces a sweeter brew:)
