Tips for balancing your energy
When your energy field is healthy and balanced your life is more harmonious, and you feel more joy, energized, healthier and hopeful.
Here are a few things you can do to shift and balance your energy when you are feeling off.
• Hold clear quartz crystal and black tourmaline in your hands
Clear quartz is a powerful healing and energy amplifier. It absorbs, stores, releases and regulates energy and is excellent for unblocking energy
Black Tourmaline grounds energy and increases physical vitality. It also cleanses, purifies and transforms dense energy into a lighter vibration.
Hold a clear quartz crystal in your left hand and a black tourmaline in your right hand. Take a few deep breaths as you relax. After a few minutes switch the stones and place the black tourmaline in your left hand and the Quartz Crystal in your right hand.
• Clear your space, rooms and home
Energetic space clearing removes negative or non beneficial energies and replaces it with a higher positive energy that is more harmonious and peaceful.
if a room feels heavy or just not nice to be in. Smudging, tingsha bells, singing bowls, uplifting music, and reiki are good tools for clearing this space.
• Release any stress, tension or stuck energy from your body
Stress and tension can negatively affect your body, your thoughts and feelings, and your behaviour.
You can release these energies from your body with Reiki, crystal or other energy self treatments or by receiving energy treatments.
