This free round is our thank-you before we publish the final round of three books this April. After that, Cara will release one more AMM book - and the royalties will go to a Romanian cat shelter, so it's a charity book. More on that below 😻

Saying Goodbye to Arranged Monster Mates

So yes, with three more books coming out in April (and the last one in June), we're saying goodbye to this fantastic series. I had an amazing time writing the books, getting to know readers who loved them, and sharing the love for monsters.

It was an amazing adventure, and we're going out with a bang! The final titles are in the making and will come out SOON.

So here is what to expect 😍

On April 10, Wed to the Gargoyle by Eden Ember will come out. You can already preorder it on Amazon, or just click to check out the blurb! Next on April 17, Wed to the Grendel will go live. Preorder it here. And finally, on April 24, my book Wed to the Basilisk will be published. It's almost written and will soon go to my editor. You can preorder it here or wait until it's live. It will be in KU like all the books in this series.

The basilisk book is coming along very well. I teased you last week, I know, but I wrote so much smutty stuff since then 👀 So maybe just one more little teaser? It's not explicit - this one is all for the feels 🖤

I stroked his arms and shoulders, then cupped his cheek, trying to pull him in for a kiss. He didn’t come, though. Instead, he pushed his face into my hand like a cat begging for a caress.

“Gods, ssalamiya,” he murmured into my palm, the scales on his outer thighs pressing into the soft skin of my inner ones. “I waited so long for this. And now I’m afraid.”

I blinked up at him in confusion. His face twisted in pain, and he nuzzled into my palm.

“Afraid of what?” I whispered, the candle-lit darkness making me reluctant to speak up.

“That I don’t deserve you,” he answered, his golden eyes flashing open and staring into mine with anguish and hope. “I don’t, I know I don’t. But I’ll have you anyway, because you’re here and you’re mine, and I could never let you go. I’ll spend all my life making it up to you.”

I didn’t know what to say to that. The moths in my stomach took off in a flurry of delighted wings. My insides tightened with longing, pleasure, and everything I felt for him, and it was at once too much and too little to give it a name. I stroked his cheek.

“Come inside, husband,” I whispered finally, when he released a shaky breath and closed his eyes, unmoving. “Come home.”

Cat Charity Book!

And now about Cara's final contribution to this series! Wed to the Lynx will come out on June 26, and it's going to be a charity book, with all the proceeds going to a cat shelter in Oradea, Romania.
