Great prompts are:

• Specific enough to be actionable - Not vague philosophical musings
• Universally applicable - Work across different teams and situations
• Question-based - Start a conversation rather than make a statement

Examples of strong prompts:

✅ "What would our biggest competitor do to kill this project?"

✅ "What assumption are we making that could be completely wrong?"

✅ "Who benefits if this fails, and why might they want it to?"

Avoid:

❌ "Think outside the box" (too vague)

❌ "What should we do?" (too broad)

❌ "This approach won't work" (statement, not question)
