(non corp speak TLDR;

LGP co-designed a small game about meetings. Get it now on itch.io proceeds go to Chris. We like him.)

Side-Announcement: Important Deeply Synergistic Announcement: “Agenda” The mini Tabletop game of Meetings.

I trust this email finds you in the midst of a highly productive day. It is with great enthusiasm that I announce a groundbreaking initiative that aligns seamlessly with our strategic goals and synergism.

In partnership with Github product designer Chris Butler (Co-Written by LGP’s Dr. Dan), We officially announce the the Launch of “Agenda”, a small RPG game about corporate meetings.

Inspired by the large fraction of our lives Chris and Dan have spent in meetings, “Agenda” is an innovative roleplaying game that simulates the thrilling experience of attending a meeting. In this game, you will embody the roles of dedicated employees tasked with navigating the complexities of a critical meeting.

The game’s primary objectives include:

  • Learning about meetings during a simulated meeting, in hopes to improve how you ‘meeting’.

  • Decide on important topics like the selection of the office pet, the corporate secret handshake and choosing the official office scent.

  • Adhering to your assigned personal ‘style’ from a bunch of recognisable meeting characters, such as ‘The Energy Vampire’ and ‘The Incessant networker’.

  • Manage various serious complications like abrupt dismissals or the disruptive office puppy.

Participation Requirements

To participate in this groundbreaking initiative, you will need:

• Enthusiastic participants

• Two six-sided dice (d6)

• Paper for recording notes and strategies

We are confident that extra meetings about meetings will significantly contribute to our understanding of meetings. This initiative represents a valuable opportunity for personal and professional growth within our organisation.

Thank you for your attention and required participation in this exciting new initiative.

Best regards,

Corpo Dan

Writing in corpo tone sent a shiver up my spine. So maybe this is a low-key horror game?
