Rolling a persuasion check....

Apr 26, 2024 1:26 am

I only ever give product/service feedback if I think it can make a difference. And I am hereby guaranteeing that we are desperate for early feedback on our work so far.

I, Dan, will personally respond to every email I get back from this request for unsolicited/solicited feedback.

We want to get signals of what value is actually being created here and rely on you big time for this.

Either:

  1. You signed up for the course and dropped off at some point

> Please tell us why you signed up AND why you stopped, also what about it sucked/wasn't what you expected?

OR

2. You are making your way through the material currently

> Please tell us how it is going, what you think is good/bad and what you want module-wise in the future.

OR

3. You recently completed the course and have already provided us feedback

>You are great and if you have any unsolicited feedback let us know.

We are going out on a limb building these courses. It is a huge opportunity cost from our usual work (actually getting clients and having revenue...) so we want to know if we are on the right track.

I also am juggling a 3-week old baby and need all the brainstrust I can muster to find my little errors. So no feedback is too small (spelling mistakes included)

Please, take 5 minutes of the day for us so we can spend an hour mulling over each response. Help a sleep-deprived dad out with his passion project.

Dan
