Missing key trump cards, should we still draw trumps? - with Jack Stocken

Hi ,
What do we do when we plan our play when we realize we're going down (besides panic)?
In this bridge hand played on BBO, about half of us when down 2 and half only one. How do we minimize our losses when we are stuck with a bad trump break?
We are missing both the ♠Q and ♠S and don't know where they are yet... should we draw out trumps or is there something else we should do first?
