Should we draw trump immediately or try to set up hearts first? Guest learner, Adam, wondered if there was time to establish hearts before losing control of the hand, especially if the opponents held the ace of hearts.

Marla reminds us of the risks of losing control if opponents took the ace early and attacked other suits, but also highlighted that setting up hearts first could lead to pitching losing clubs and spades later.
