Attitude guides the defence, a new bridge baby, and looking for someone to join the team

Hi ,
I hope those in the Northern Hemisphere are enjoying the last days of Summer and those in the Southern Hemisphere, the early signs of the coming Spring. Back in Japan after an overdue visit back to the US, I am looking forward to the brisk Autumn air and the changing colors of the leaves.
A new bridge baby!
First, some wonderful news! This month, India and her husband Shahzaad have welcomed their beautiful baby boy into the world. Mom and baby both healthy and doing very well. They are enjoying these first precious (and sleepless) weeks of family life together. I will be sure to relay well wishes from all of us all.
Someone to join the LBO team
As we keep making more free bridge videos and new online classes, we are in search of a new bridge learner to join the LBO team.
Are you a beginner-to-intermediate level player? Friendly, outgoing, and relatively comfortable with online tech? Would you be excited to be able to ask our teachers bridge questions, host lessons, and get to know some of the loveliest fellow bridge learners from around the world? This is a paid position and comes with access to all of our online classes. Interested candidates are invited to send an introductory email to us at hello@learnbridgeonline.com.
What's with the attitude?
What is attitude and when do we give it? Attitude signals in bridge are a way of telling partner whether we like the suit that they've played or not. Oliver Powell is here to help us out...
As we don't know what is in our partner's hand, defending can feel a bit like walking through a forest without knowing where we are going. Attitude signals can help us leave and receive tips about where we think we should go.
In this 3NT hand, we lead our ♣Q, the top of a nice sequence. Declarer plays low from dummy, and then partner plays the ♣3. What might this signal from partner mean?
Using reverse attitude signals with his partner ("Low likes, high hates"), Oliver explains how this signal from partner can help us chart our path forward.
For those who use signals, do you prefer signals or reverse signals? How did you and your partner decide? Please feel welcome to leave a question or comment on the Youtube page: https://youtu.be/A4QhCUjWx20
Your partner in learning,
Bajir from LBO
