Finding Three More Tricks with Pam Livingston

In this hand, both Acol and Standard players will find themselves as declarer in 3NT. When dummy comes down, we see we only have six sure winners. Anyone else start to worry at this point?

The daunting task in front of us: we must do our best to find three more winners to make our contract. (Of course, Pam reminds us, we should not stop there... perhaps we can even create an extra trick?)
