When should we play our sure winners defending against 1NT? And what other clues can we find that will help us plan our play?

In this particular hand, if we can figure out who is more likely to have the ♥Q, we might be able to chart our best path forward. Can you figure out where the ♥Q is more likely to be?

In this video we originally recorded in 2020, I started wanting to ask Adam about when we might want to bid after an opponent's 1NT opening bid. While playing the hand with Adam, however, he guides us to these more important questions.
