Help us spread the word! Free upcoming livestream lessons with Marla Lawson & Curt Soloff
Nov 25, 2022 12:01 pm
Hi ,
We've had so much fun with last week's Forcing or Non-forcing?, we've lined up some more free lessons. All are welcome!
We'd love your help to keep introducing bridge to new friends. As Jack continues with his Acol beginners' class for folks in the UK, Ireland, and NZ, these new introductory lessons taught by Marla Lawson will be suitable for new players (or those looking for a refresher) in most other countries.
Introduction to Bridge with Marla Lawson
New Date & Time: Thursday, December 8th & 15th
Watch replay or join live at 5pm, NY time
Marla will present a series of one-hour interactive video lessons where you are encouraged to think through the card play and ask questions.
In the first class, Marla will start from the very beginning: the object of the game, how it is played, the concept of winning tricks. In the second lesson we’ll introduce the idea of the trump suit and how this facilitates taking tricks.
If you have friends who might be interested (or whom you have wished for years they would learn bridge), we'd be so grateful if you shared this email with them.
