When to play the highest of touching cards vs the lowest? - with Pam Livingston
Mar 01, 2022 8:31 am
Hi ,
When should we play the highest of touching cards? When should we play the lowest?
This is the first short video in a series, 'Five Fundamentals of Defensive Play' Pam recorded for members of her class. We're very happy to share it with you all today:
When we are defending in bridge, we're essentially trying to figure out what the hidden half of the deck looks like. Might sound easy but of course we all know it isn't. Luckily, we have a friend - our partner - helping us do this.
It is important to help our partner as much as possible by giving clear and reliable signals in defence. We also need to pick up on the helpful signals partner is (hopefully) giving us.
Questions or comments? We'd love to hear from you on the Youtube page here: https://youtu.be/e7GlxFuadKE
