How to plan our play when we're missing two honors?

Hi bridge friends,
In this hand, we end up in a 4♥ contract. When dummy's hand comes down, we see we're missing both the ♥K and the ♥J.
How should we plan our play as declarer when we're missing two of the honor cards in the trump suit?
The last four of Graeme's weekly lessons have covered selecting an opening lead, interpreting partner's opening lead, making a map of the unseen hands, and understanding the cards that have been played. In this week's class, Graeme will start helping us put it all together.
