January Flavours: Crisp, Cold & Clear
This month, our menu celebrates January as a clean slate — a moment of fresh air,
quiet mornings, and new beginnings. A new start!
Winter Citrus & Rosemary brings a burst of sunshine to the season, pairing bright
citrus with a gentle herbal lift. It’s refreshing, elegant, and a beautiful symbol of new
growth.
Lemon Poppy Seed Cookies Lemon poppy seed cookies have a distinctive personality
— bright, buttery, and just a little bit surprising.
The first thing you notice is the lemon: a clean, zesty brightness that hits your nose
before you even take a bite. It’s not sour like lemonade, more of a fragrant citrus lift that
makes the cookie feel lighter than most buttery treats. Then the butter and sugar come
in, giving that soft, mellow sweetness that rounds everything out. The poppy seeds
don’t add much flavour on their own, but they bring a gentle nuttiness and a tiny crackle
that makes each bite feel more interesting.
Vanilla Almond now joins our January line-up — a simple, comforting flavour with a
clean nuttiness and soft warmth. It’s delicate, familiar, and perfect for a peaceful start to
the year.
Together, these flavours reflect January itself: crisp, cold, clear — and full of possibility.
