I used to love acting...
In fact, I have acted on some big stages in this country.
I remember in 2010, I acted in front of the hover or of Rivers State (Chibuike Rotimi Amaechi) and his wife was so impressed that she called us again.
We had to go to her office for rehearsals most times.
We performed on her birthday, she even invited us to dinner in her house, performed for the president's wife, etc...
Good Times sha.
I wish say I still dey act 😂
But hustle dan change... Lol
Here's one thing acting helped me achieve
"BOLDNESS"
Acting helped me kill the fear of relating and associating with people.
It helped me kill the fear of selling myself to people.
You see this fear of selling....
You must kill it before it kills you.
If you must succeed in business, you have to shamelessly sell your product or service.
Nothing happens until a sale is made.
Nothing happens until a deal is closed.
If you don't boldly go out there and sell
If you don't boldly go out to close deals
You wee suffer.
You won't be able to take care of yourself
You won't be able to take care of your family
You won't be able help others in need.
Your dream car nkor?
Your dream house?
Vacation with bae?
It Kent happen if you don't kill the fear of selling.
Na die be that oooo.
If you don't kill it, it will kill you.
A word is enough for the wise sha.
