The lower body strength workout for soccer you should be doing


Sometimes the simple things are the most effective.


This week I have a simple, but effective leg workout that's great for developing explosive speed and athleticism. (and if you are into injury prevention, it's great for that too!)


The best part is you don't need any special equipment or prior strength training experience, just a spare 15 minutes and a few feet of space.
