I hope this message finds you well. It's a beautiful Monday, and I wanted to take a moment to share some quick updates and a special invitation.

First, I want to thank all of you for your support over the past few weeks. While we were down in Florida, our house here in Virginia went on the market—and I'm happy to say it's officially under contract! We're now in the paperwork phase, and if all goes well, we'll close at the beginning of next month. Huge thanks to our real estate agent team, who nailed the pricing and timing. Everything unfolded exactly as planned. The goal was to have our home under contract by the time we returned; sure enough, it happened on Monday while we were returning.

On the house-hunting front, it's been a bit of a roller coaster. We've had a few offers fall through, which have been tough, but we're staying hopeful. I believe we're on our fourth bid now, and we're praying this one sticks.

Job-wise, I'm still searching for the right opportunity in the Orlando area. If you know anyone I should connect with, please feel free to email me. I'm deeply grateful to those who've already reached out. While down there, I met with two amazing people, and I'm optimistic that those conversations will lead to something great.

Now for the big announcement—

As we prepare to say goodbye to the DMV, we want to reconnect with friends, family, colleagues, and community members who have supported us along the way. So, we're opening our home one last time before moving for a small farewell gathering and art exhibition.

Over the years, I've created a collection of original artwork—some of which has already sold, but a few special pieces remain. I'd love to share them with you in this final hometown showing. We're also working on a surprise: a gallerist from Latin America may be lending us a few select pieces from his private collection of well-known artists to include in the show. It's not confirmed which artist, but I will have details in the coming days.
