MESSAGE FROM THE CEO

When I was 17 years old, I joined the Latin Jazz band at my high school. I always wanted to learn how to play the congas, and Latin Jazz Coalition band leader Demetrios Kastaris helped me understand Afro-Cuban music's fundamental root. Since then, going to Cuba to learn more about the culture that influenced me as a Latin Jazz musician has been on my bucket list for decades.

That is why, when Margaret Pullés Machado, Founder & CEO of VamosGlobal and former CEO of the U.S.-Cuba Chamber of Commerce, approached to head a cultural and business exploratory mission to Cuba, I was excited to be spearheading the Wonders of Cuba excursion scheduled for May 22-27, 2021.

"With the new Administration, the U.S. will be resuming re-establishment of diplomatic relations and, potentially, commercial relations with Cuba," says Margaret Pullés Machado. "We anticipate the Embassy of Cuba to re-open late 2021, which will most likely fast track inter-action between business, the private and public sectors, nonprofits, cultural and educational institutions."

VamosGlobal believes 2021 is the year to visit and explore Cuba – learn about its people, get a sense of the needs and potential of this beautiful island only 90 miles from our shores.

We are organizing our first exploratory mission and looking for business leaders interested in learning about the opportunities that Cuba provides. The exporatory mission will be held from May 22, 2021, through May 27, 2021. Wonders of Cuba travel package includes round trip air on American Airlines from Miami International Airport to Havana Jose Marti Airport, Cuba Tourist Card, 3 nights accommodation at Iberostar Parque Central (Modern section) hotel in Havana, daily breakfast at the hotel, 2 nights accommodation at an all-inclusive Iberostar Varadero hotel in resort town Varadero, add museums, visits to cultural and historic landmarks, excursions to UNESCO designated destinations and much more. The program also is in compliance with United States OFAC regulations.

Respectfully,

Juan
