Hey hey , (you know this is my regular greeting style #winks)

Just yesterday I was at the foreign exchange section of the bank trying to deposit some US Dollars into our domiciliary account and I saw someone else on the queue with $4900 trying to make a deposit too.

$4900 is exactly N2,273,600 at N464 Naira per dollar (we both bought dollars that same day from the same vendor so I know the exchange rate) That’s over two million naira and he was holding it just on his hands as the bundle of money wasn’t even much based on the fact that it’s in dollars.

Now this email is not about how Naira is annoyingly losing its value, because anytime I convert naira to dollars, I get very upset, rather this is about something else entirely.

See eh, is it that this money does not like us too or what?

I was thinking of this and I remembered a book I once read by one of my role models where he discussed reasons why you are not yet a millionaire.

I thought about it and seriously, Tomorrow will be 1st of October which would mean we have just 2 months left for this year to be over. 

Have you ever thought, why did I not become a millionaire in 2020?
