Happy May!
My month is off to a wet, but busy start! I just returned home from attending the event that kicked off my author life. IRAE (Interracial Author's Expo). I stayed in Florida after the event to visit with a dear friend.
I had a wonderful opportunity to reconnect with readers I've known for years. Attending the event as an author for the first time was an eye-opening experience. I had the privilege of sitting on a panel discussing Kindle Vella with some amazing authors whose work I've followed for years. I was able to meet up with some of the authors I worked with on the Cupid's Kiss anthology. Also, I received the honor of having one of my stories awarded. My Kindle Vella story, Draft Pick Season I: Carver won Best Kindle Vella by the readers!

In the meantime, I'm still hard at work on other projects. One of which is making Draft Pick Season I:Carver available as a full-length novel. The ebook is available for Pre-Order now.
