Hey y'all!
It's August! For those of you who are new to my newsletter, welcome! I appreciate you joining me in this journey! I have exciting news to share as well as books you should read from my author friends.
What's going on?
Since the last time we chatted, I've attended a book signing and released a new book!
Construction Book Boyfriend released on August 1st! It is LIVE and available on Amazon in e-book as well as paperback. It's also in Kindle Unlimited. If you haven't had a chance to read it, check it out! If you're a KU reader, please know it will only be in KU for a limited time. So, get it while you can before I remove it and take it wide.

In late July, I attended Writer's on the River in Peoria, Illinois for the first time. It was great hanging with my author friends as well as meeting new readers and making new author friends. If you have a chance to grab tickets for 2025, I recommend it!
Exciting News!
I'll be going across the pond in 2025. That's right, I'm a signing author at RARE London! I'm so excited to join the RARE family of authors.
Tickets went on sale August 3rd and are currently sold out. But never fear. If you're interested, there will be opportunities to pick up a ticket on the resale thread. Because we all know that life happens, and sometimes people aren't able to make to the event as they planned. If you aren't a member of the RARE Facebook Attendee group, you should join to stay current on the event. It's not required for you to already have a ticket to join.

Writing update
For a couple of weeks, I've set my Silver Creek Ranch story, The Rancher's Home, aside to work exclusively on my Kindle Vella stories. (I'm getting back to it this week though.)
I did this in preparation for the completion of Draft Pick Season III: Denzel and the launch of Draft Pick Season IV: Vitaly. I have scheduled a week long event with new episodes dropping every day beginning August 12 through August 16th. I don't know if y'all are ready for Vitaly, but he's coming!

All levels have access to my current works in progress (under my Darie McCoy pen name) and they receive the completed ebook on or before release day. What's next?
I'm at the tail end of book event season. However, I have two more events left. My next signing will be in Charlotte, North Carolina at The Boozy Book Tour. I'm really looking forward to meeting all of the readers and spending time chatting in a more intimate setting. Of course, I'll have pics and a recap in my next newsletter.
