I heard a great concept today from Gregg Braden, author of Human by Design. He said that our beliefs are what got us here today. Hearing this made me think, that we are always uncovering beliefs to better understand them, but we also have to honor those that got us to be here today.


Simply releasing them is not enough, you have to accept, honor, and forgive them and where they came from as well.


Use the mantra below before yoga or meditation to set this as a great intention and see how things change for you.


“I release myself from the versions of me I created to survive.”
