Small Shifts, Big Impact – What’s Inspiring Me This Week

Hi ,

It’s been a few weeks since I last sent out this newsletter, and I want to start by saying—thank you for being here. Life has been full lately, with my mom visiting and personal matters to tend to. But in all of it, I’ve been reflecting deeply on the spaces we create, the ways we learn, and how we evolve together.

This past weekend, I hosted 20 incredible people in my home—most of whom I hadn’t even met before Thanksgiving last year. Yet in a short time, we became more than acquaintances; we became a community. Someone pulled me aside and said, “Thank you for holding space and making it comfortable for those who otherwise wouldn’t be.” That moment hit me—community isn’t about how long we’ve known each other, but how deeply we allow one another to belong.

One of the most profound experiences of the evening was witnessing people encounter the True Mirror for the first time. Unlike a regular mirror, it doesn’t reverse your image—it shows you exactly as others see you. Some laughed, some cried, but every single person saw themselves in a way they never had before. It was a reminder that true transformation doesn’t come from looking outward but from seeing ourselves—fully, authentically, and without distortion.

A Few Things to Explore This Week

🧸 Stuffed Animal Care Clinic – Yes, this is a thing! And it might be one of the most wholesome ways to heal our inner child. Watching kids lovingly "treat" their stuffed animals at the library's clinic made me realize how much play can be a part of healing. What if we approached self-care with that same gentle curiosity?

😴 Mouth Tape for Sleep – Ever wondered if breathing through your nose at night could change your life? Turns out, it just might. Let’s talk about how this simple practice can improve sleep, focus, and energy.

🌍 Cumulative Cultural Evolution – How do traditions, languages, and ancestral wisdom evolve across generations? From food and rituals to healing practices and beliefs, our history shapes us more than we realize.

💭 Retraining the Brain – Exploring neurofeedback as a tool for deep healing and rewiring the nervous system. What’s possible when we intentionally shift the way we think and feel?

As we move forward into this week, I invite you to hold space for yourself—to explore, to be curious, and to embrace the small moments that make life feel expansive. Because sometimes, transformation happens in the most unexpected places. 💫

Retraining the Brain: Healing from the Inside Out

Lately, I’ve been diving into the science of neurofeedback —an essential key to rewiring our nervous system and shifting how we experience the world. I’ll be exploring more of this in the coming weeks. If you’ve been feeling dysregulated, anxious, or just not yourself, these tools may be worth looking into. I also got a new meditation headband I am trying out! I'll let you know what I think!

Healing isn’t just about what we do externally; it’s about what we reprogram internally. Being a top performer is and has aways been my goal and the additional health benefits are such a welcome bonus!
