As I was saying my acquisition sales reps were spending hours a day looking up properties on google maps. Asking Google about the population of the town. Because we found out that we have the best success in areas with a population of 50,000 or more. And those MSA's (Metro Statisisitcal Area), a fancy marketing term for Metro area. We had enough buyers in those areas, as compared to rural areas with 500 people in a little cow town in BFE. Also those larger MSA's made it easy to research comparable sales in the area so we can properly underwrite our real estate deals.

Property Viability Analysis Prompt
Use this prompt to evaluate whether a lead is in a viable location based on population and proximity to larger urban areas. This is especially useful for real estate investing and wholesale filtering.
