A few years back, my son and I were at a big local swap meet.
At the time, my son — about 10 years old — had been dreaming about getting a set of junior golf clubs.
There was just one problem:
He’s left-handed.
And finding lefty clubs was tough.
Until that day.
We spotted a full set — for $75.
I handed him a $50 bill and said,
"Go make an offer. Tell them it’s all you have."
He looked at me like I was crazy.
But he marched over there.
A few minutes later, he came back grinning ear to ear, golf bag in hand.
Not only did he buy the clubs for $50...
he also scored a huge bag of tees and a dozen golf balls.
That day, he learned:
You never know what you can get unless you ask.
Life, business — it’s the same way.
The Bible says "Ye have not, because you ask not".
What could you ask for today?
