I'm genuinely curious - what prompted your enquiry? What was going on for you when you got in touch? Are you thinking about moving, or have things changed?

I'm only trying to better understand how enquiries come to us from these over-priced portals.

People contact us at completely different stages. Some are ready to get their property on the market, others are trying to figure out what it's worth before they make any decisions, and most are somewhere in the middle - maybe looking at what they could afford to move to, or working out timing.

Either way is absolutely fine - I'm just trying to understand the process from your perspective so we can make sure we're responding to enquiries in the most helpful way possible
