Smoking woods

They have a few to choose from


Cherry gives a subtle sweet and fruity flavour and a fantastic smoke ring.


Hickory is a sweer yet stronger most baconey flavour fantastic with brisket and pork.


Alder light, sweet and grate with seafood


Apple is sweet and pairs well with chicken pork and lamb.


Beach light almost nutty flavour nice with chicken but really sings if cold smoking cheese.


Maple sweet and mild fantastic with cheese and chicken.


Oak is a mid range smokey flavour I like to add this to fruit woods. great with beef lamb, pork and for stronger cheeses and fish.


Whisky Oak barrels burn a little quicker tbe stander oak, you will get a slight whisky flavour to your meat but will want a glass in your hand.
