Aligning mind body and soul should actually perhaps be aligning soul body and mind.
Our Soul must lead and be willing to follow spirit unquestionably.
The question is: how do I align my body and mind with my soul?
What I have found and continue to find is that necessary PAUSE button in "My Conscious Choice Toolkit" that we have not been encouraged to use for most of our lives.
Between pulse beats of our hearts there is an ever so tiny and beautiful PAUSE...there is a PAUSE between our Conscious Breaths...there is a PAUSE between gusts of wind and rain.
PAUSEing before our next choice of words or actions creates space for awareness to drop in by asking questions.
Whats my next best step?
Is this the best food to eat for my body right now?
If I choose this will it be for my highest good and the highest good f all?
Then sit in the PAUSE to allow spirit to flow within you and guide your Soul to your next best choice.

Go to a creek, place your feet in the soft stream, and open your cells up. Take off your insulating plastic soles and stand with your god-given bare feed on the soft grass, spread your arms out and breathe in the Love, the belonging, the grace, the fresh air perfectly curated for your cells to take in and use…
it is all here for you, all of it…
Don’t get trapped in the mind and the world of man, it is a false copy overlaid on the original creation and NEVER answers any of your heart’s questings, as your and my questings are only of a broken, split, programmed, bend, and ultimately confused mind. Undoing cultprogramming is by WILL FULLY opening your cells up to LOVE form LIFE, from creation, from sunrises to sunsets, to moonlit skies, the richness and the immaculate SYNTROPY of nature, of Life, and all patterns, cycles, in the micro and macro recurrences of Life strategies are here to be felt, connected with and learned through.
What is there to learn??
You are love in origin, soul, spirit, and being. Love wants to live in you, infuse you, meet you, love you, marry you, unify with you.
May syntropy renew your mindsong if you are willing.

THE GIFTS OF CHAOS
Does Chaos always precede Creation?
Some of the ancient Greek texts suggest it is true…that out of Chaos, God created the World!
Chaos implies lack of order, no defined parameters, all kinds of ingredients and possibilities, but no structure.
When Chaos reigns, there is no peace…only disruption!
And so, it is quite possibly true that chaos does precede creation…
The creation of something new, unique, never dreamed of before.
All of the old patterns and habits will be shattered in order to make way for a new path, a new world order, a renewed soul, a brighter future.
In the process, the old ways often break apart under a spirit of reluctance to face the unknown.
As a once-known sense of peace cracks apart, wars often break out not only inside the hearts of men but also on the lands…
All because power struggles develop with one faction desperately trying to hang onto the old ways while those with hope envision and fight for new and better ways.
Mother against Father, Children against Parents, Rich against Poor, Political Parties against each other…all due to a felt sense of intense fear that one side might get the upper hand and gain power and control over the other factions.
Where does Fear of the unknown end, and Creation of the New begin?
I tell you, my friends, it begins inside our human hearts where we allow ourselves to re-connect with peace, trust, and love.
Let us move inside ourselves first, and then outside into the beyond where we can create a new world community of cooperation, tolerance, compassion, building community and belonging…
Where Love is the essence of Peace and All Is Well!
