What I have found paramount for my own growth and self-liberation is the study of Syntropy (the life-supporting, regenerative principles observable in Nature that move toward greater complexity, cooperation, and abundance). Through Syntropic Agroforestry, I found a clear roadmap: we are Nature too. The same principles operate within Human Nature.
“Applying” Syntropy to the internal landscape of our feeling-based nature has taken me out of judgement and into open curiosity. Coupled with my pre-determined Willingness to be really real with what is going on in my thoughts and willing access to what may underlie my emotional reactions, this has been the only practice that has truly delivered results.
I now call this ultimate research Radical Human Ecology — the deep exploration of how we can live in syntropic community by resolving the unresolved within ourselves.

The little girl finds herself on a stretch of beach where she cannot find her mother and she panics.
And, then, out of the blue, the mother rushes toward the girl and scoops her up into her arms.

The teenage girl is with a group of friends – some who ridicule her and reject her.
The girl is enraged and hurt by what she sees as rejection.
But, as the days wear on, the girl begins to see that eventually new and better friends will replace the rejecting friends and life will move on in more positive ways.

The Adult woman cannot find the job that is right for her.
Everywhere she turns, she is met with the cold shoulder of rejection.
She is finally reminded to sit still and let the Universe work its magic in her life.
