All my thoughts, my attention and intention are on love, joy for me and for all. And that is my daily experience. Those who still want to play in a world where separation, conflict and war is accepted and focused on will have to struggle and suffer a little longer and I leave them with love and compassion to find their way home in their own time. What is going on out in the wider world is not in my control, but what is going on in my inner world is of my choosing. What I know to be true is that the ripple effects of my thoughts, my words and my deeds continue to impact on my world of experience. It is what I can do, what I can change if it is out of alignment, what I have complete control over. My intention is to spread love, light, joy, kindness, compassion, and infinite encouragement to reach for higher consciousness wherever I go, and it is creating the equivalent as my reality in relationships, friendships, family and community. The research, though not new, still makes for a pretty darn good reason to join a caroling group or church choir for the holidays, or to take New Year’s Eve as an opportunity for some karaoke.
