Sometimes I remain silent so I can listen even more intently to others. Sometimes I don't agree with many of the things you say -- and I remain silent. Sometimes I am awestruck by many of the things you say -- and I remain silent as it seems there are no words to wrap around your awesomeness. Sometimes I am recoiling due to your anger, judgements, and forcefulness -- and I remain silent. Sometimes you don't want to listen to me -- and I remain silent. Sometimes we need to learn how to connect in the silence without words so we can absorb each others' Beingness -- and I remain silent. Most people are uncomfortable with my silences because they don't know how to adapt and appreciate the silence. When I do speak, I want my words to come from a place of resonance within my heart.
