Get ready for change is today’s message. For me this seems something I am very familiar with as change is constant and I have embraced it with faith and enthusiastic anticipation. However, the energy behind this message seems to be more than physical change, it is more expansive. It feels more like getting ready for a quantum leap in consciousness not just personally, but collectively. An activation of dormant aspects of our DNA and our cognitive capacity is imminent and will give us the ability to move into the next phase of expression on this path of human evolution. The more open and willing we are on this journey of awakening to knowing who we truly are and can be, the easier these changes will be. Let go of resistance and allow the life force within to make the necessary preparations within your physiological cell structure in readiness for the higher vibrational frequencies to be accommodated. The planetary shift is speeding up and those of us that have signed up to stay in alignment with these changes are in for a wonderful ride into a time that we could only have vaguely imagined possible. The more open we can be the smoother the ride. Namaste <3 <3

A few weekends ago I was aware of the energy of depression creeping in again (I hadn't felt the energy that full on for a few years now) and it scared me so muchl!!
This was also amplified by the passing of my beautiful Mum in September and an unfortunate incident that happened at her funeral no less, that created so much anger and pain for me.
So it makes sense that this energy would surface again....
With my past emotional history of suppressed grief from 2 brothers passing when I was young and other multiply painful events...
And good Catholic girls weren't allowed to be angry were they? So much suppressed anger!!
So much suppression of my natural feelings for many decades that is why I have allowed the grief of my mother's passing to flow....to vent the anger and take positive action to voice my heartbreak from someone else's actions....
I am MOST grateful to that person (forgiving myself for having created this) and my mother for all that happened as it opened a flood gate for me to express loud and clear my grief and anger!! And it felt good...
The depression energy (using this terminology to not buy into it any more keep it outside myself) started on the Friday night and the Sunday around lunch time I asked:
What is this energy of depression?
And the answer came loud and clear:
Suppressed Grief and Anger = Depression
This awareness gave me such relief and bought such joy. It was like it released something within me...giving me a freedom to let go all of it into the past...so I can move forward into the New Earth without the burden of this energy...
I have been seeing counsellors, psychologists, clinical psychologists, done so much work on myself and heaps of healing with so many practitioners and differing modalities since I was about 25 years young and this little awareness has given me so much clarity.
I cannot (none of us can) take the old low vibrational energies of depression, grief, sadness, guilt, anger, shame etc where we are going into the Higher Consciousness vibrations of joy, bliss, happiness etc into the New Earth that starts with each of us in our hearts minds and souls.
I am so so happy that I asked the question and that awareness came to me...such a beautiful moment for me! Shirley Ann Lawler Higher Consciousness Facilitator

DO ALL ANGELS HAVE VISIBLE WINGS?
Do all Angels have visible wings?
It is said that the Angels in heaven have visible wings...
But, those on Earth do not!
Does that mean there are no Angels on Earth?
Most definitely not!!
What about the time you ran out of gas and had to call a neighbor to come and help?
Did the neighbor show up with gas in hand?
Most definitely!!
Was he an Angel?
Most definitely!!
What about the time when you were in the grocery check-out line and when you were ready to pay, you discovered that you left your wallet at home.
The person who came up behind you paid for all of your groceries.
Was he an Angel?
Most definitely!!
What about the time that one of your children was seriously ill?
And, you had three other children at home who needed to be looked after?
Remember the neighbor who took over and watched your children for as long as was necessary?
Was that person an Angel?
Most definitely!!
Thankfully there are Earth Angels
who show up in our lives when most needed.
Oh, look!
