I have been out of action for about ten days as my body has undergone a purging through what once upon a time would have been called a common cold. Not pleasant and for me unusual as it is not something I am susceptible to very often. From being very healthy to a complete shut down of the respiratory system was a couple of hours. I asked my team/higher self/guides what the purpose was and this is what I received. Your body is clearing the residue of two frequencies that cannot travel with you into the next phase of your work. Your cough is deep — it is expelling old instructional energy, the part of you that has taught from mastery and responsibility. Your channel is being widened to receive higher levels of vibration. It requires stillness and surrender. What I did not do as most of us have been conditioned to do is think there was something wrong with me or that I was ‘sick’, I knew my body needed this opportunity to release deep seated toxins and it does that best through expelling mucous. And I am curious to see how it will function after this clearing, how it will have upgraded and how my voice and breath will be used more effectively a pure channel of higher wisdom. What has not been affected during this purge is my deep sense of inner peace, love of life and gratitude for all that is. Even though my outer self/body was feeling challenged, the inner authentic real me was quite happy and content 😊, knowing all is well and this too shall pass. This is one heck of a ride, and I am not missing a beat. Hold on tight, trust your heart and watch for magic. Namaste ❤️❤️
