BEAUTIFUL WISDOM FROM BEAUTIFUL VONN

A time for reflection and gratitude is how I move toward the end of yet another year on this planet called Earth. All that I have experienced, enjoyed, overcome, survived and celebrated has made me so much more expanded in my conscious awareness of the purpose of my life and the never-ending opportunities offered to laugh more, to learn more, to share more and definitely to love more. Appreciation is the foundation I have built my life on, and it has got me through the most difficult times. There is so much more to be grateful for than to lament if you look for it. This can be a stressful time or a rich time of preparation to spend quality time with friends and family, to celebrate another year lived and to prepare for a brand new one just ahead. In 1966 this was the day I got married and I look at my beautiful children, their gorgeous partners and my six grandchildren plus extended family and I feel a very blessed woman, completely fulfilled despite the many ups and downs that life presented to me. It is all a choice, you can dwell on the challenges and tough times, or you can rejoice at the growth and expansion that has occurred. I love life and am grateful for every moment of it.
