My apologies to all who have supported my posts for so long, but my frequency is just not in alignment with higher messages yet. As I write this I feel my guides smiling. I know that sounds weird, but that is what it feels like. I have not felt this dense in my physical form for a long time. The only energy and not a lot of that is to nurture and rest. I am aware that there are huge reveals surfacing, energetic upgrades, changes being implemented that will affect every aspect of what used to look like normal, but it all seems very far removed from me as all I can do is rest and drink tea 🙂 I am not used to my body being depleted and suffering, but I will honour it and support it through this challenge. It's only an upper respiratory infection, but breathing freely is a very high requirement for me 🙂 So when my energy can lift itself to align with the higher consciousness of my team of guides and when they have more to say, I will resume my daily writing.
