Hey there,

I've been working away on a few projects and I wanted to get an update out as well as a little thanks for being awesome :)

First up, I've been working on a spin off series about Roman and his crew at Atlas Security. It is set in the same word as the Smoke & Mirrors series, and there will be a few visits from the familiar faces at the tavern, but this series will be venturing into new territory - humans. I love my magic and monsters, but these new characters have been pretty fun to write, even if they're stuck in the human world. The first book is finishing up and will be coming soon!

I've also been working away at Connor's story in the Smoke & Mirrors Tavern series. As you know he's pretty eager to get his happily ever after, and it's going to be a journey. This one will be coming out after the first Atlas Security book, but I'll send another update soon, so keep an eye out.

And finally, as a thank you to my readers - how about a story? If you've read the Smoke and Mirrors Tavern series, I'm sure the mystery that is Maverick has caught your attention. Mav has his own agenda so his story will not be part of the main story arc. It will be told in a series of shorter stories spanning the timeline of the other books. Since you were awesome enough to sign up for my newsletter, I'm going to give those stories to you as they apply to the SMT timeline. First thing's first, our salty little unicorn has to find his human side - check it out in part 1.
